Refund Policy

Last updated 16 August 2026

30-day money-back guarantee

We want Chat Pilot to be genuinely useful to you. If it is not, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — including renewals — and we will refund that payment. You do not need to explain yourself, though we always appreciate hearing what did not work.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all Chat Pilot orders. To request one:

  • visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you paid with, or
  • email us at support@chat-pilot.live with your account email and we will arrange it for you.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer usually posts the money back within 5–10 business days.

Cancelling instead of refunding

You can cancel a subscription at any time from the billing page in your account. Cancelling stops future charges and you keep your paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling on its own does not issue a refund — request one as described above if you also want your last payment returned.

After the refund window

Beyond 30 days we are not obliged to refund a completed period, but if something went wrong — a duplicate charge, a failed feature, a subscription you did not intend to renew — contact us and we will look at it fairly. Statutory consumer rights in your country always apply in addition to this policy.

Free plan

The Free plan requires no payment method and is never charged, so there is nothing to refund. See the pricing page for what each plan includes.

Who is refunding you

Chat Pilot is operated by YES TIME PLUS (PRIVATE) LIMITED. Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record, in line with Paddle’s refund policy and our Terms & Conditions.
