Billing questions

Credits are consumed per request and larger requests — long documents, images, video or voice — cost more than a short chat message. Your remaining balance is always visible inside the app.

Upgrades take effect immediately and top your allowance up to the new plan. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, so you keep what you paid for.
